- Briefly steer the handlebars in the opposite direction of the turn. For example, if turning left, push the right handlebar slightly forward.
- This movement creates the necessary lean by shifting the bike’s center of gravity.
Lean and Body Position:
- After initiating the lean, allow the bike to tilt naturally toward the inside of the corner.
- Shift your hips and upper body toward the turn while maintaining a stable core.
Pedals and Weight Distribution:
- As with leaning, keep the outside pedal down and apply pressure to it.
- Maintain balance by centering your weight over the bike, aligned with the lean.
